Most combat sports athletes are training hard but following conditioning that was never built for their sport, their schedule, or how their body is actually responding week to week, so progress stalls, or worse, they arrive at competition already fatigued instead of peaking for it.

1-1 coaching removes the guesswork. Every block is built around you, your sport, your calendar, and data on how your training load is actually landing.

Your program is planned in monthly blocks, structured around your sport's demands and building toward your key training and competition dates, not a fixed template running on repeat.

Training Load Monitored

Your training load is tracked so we know when you're doing too much and need to pull back, or too little and need to push, and so you taper properly into events instead of guessing.

Nutrition Included

An in-house nutrition coach handles weight cuts, day-to-day fuelling, and supplementation, built alongside your training, not managed separately.

Experience in professional Rugby League and Rugby Union, the UK Sports Institute, and Olympic and Paralympic bodies including GB Boxing, GB Taekwondo, and British Triathlon.

Before You Apply

Who is this for?

Combat sports athletes who take their training seriously, from committed hobbyists through to professional competitors, across MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, Taekwondo, karate, and kickboxing.

How does the application process work?

You apply below with a few details about your training and goals. If it's a good fit, you'll be booked in for a call to build your program before we get started.

Is this delivered fully online?

Yes. Programming, load monitoring, and nutrition coaching are all delivered remotely, so it works regardless of where you're based or train.

What if I'm not currently in a training camp or preparing for a fight?

That's fine, programming is periodised around your training year, whether that's a specific competition date or ongoing performance development between events.

Is nutrition coaching a separate cost?

No, in-house nutrition coaching is included as part of the coaching program, not sold as an add-on.
